Pumpkins!

Michael's mom, sister and nephew came for a little visit to West Des Moines on Friday night. It was great to see everyone. On Saturday we took a trip to Howell Tree Farm to get some pumpkins. They only had really big ones unless you wanted to pay to take a tractor ride to pick your own smaller ones. So, we just got a couple bigger ones! It was a perfect sunny day for it!

Las Vegas

This weekend we went to Las Vegas to see Mariah Carey in concert. The concert was GREAT! I think the baby liked it too because he was moving around the entire time. (He is actually of course kicking as I type this blog... active little guy!)We also had a good time hanging around the MGM, especially eating at the buffet. Unfortunately Michael came down with a bad sore throat and had a fever. When we got home he went straight to the doctor and his now on antibiotics and is recovering. He was really sick. Anyway, here are some pictures from our short little vacay. We didn't take any scenic pics of the strip because we have some from other visits.
